This page is dedicated to local Newton Illinois Hero Sergeant Anthony Frank "Tony" Housh.

His helicopter was shot down on 4/19/1968 in South Vietnam when he was 21 years old.He was
declared missing in action until  he was declared dead on 09/02/1975.

There are several stories of people who wore a "MIA" bracelet for many years with Tony's name on it.

Tonys mother lived on E Decatur street for many years.
