On 7/31/17 I sent a request for flood plain permits, will post results, Mayor
Bolander is the only one that I am aware of who has built in Newtons
designated flood plain for at least the last 20 years, I am sure that he got
the required permit.
The FOIA came back saying that there are no Flood Plain permits.
